Order Modification
If you need to make a change to your order, please speak with a Customer Service Representative during business hours right away.
We are only able to remove existing items from your order for a refund of that item.
We cannot:
- Add items to your order.
- Replace or swap items in your order.
Order Cancellation
If you must cancel your order, please speak with a Customer Service Representative during business hours right away.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been picked up by the shipping courier (United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service).
Address Correction
If you entered your Shipping Address incorrectly and need to make a correction, please speak with a Customer Service Representative during business hours right away.
If your package has already been picked up by the shipping courier (United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service), you will need to contact the shipping courier directly to request a Package Intercept. You will be responsible for the fee charged by the shipping courier for this service.
Orders that are received back at our facility as undeliverable, refused, etc. will be refunded, less any shipping charge originally paid.
