All orders shipped by KRYTAC will have a tracking number issued by either United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service.
To find the tracking number for your order, you may either:
- Locate the shipping notification email from our online store.
- Log in to your account and view your Order History.
If you are still having trouble locating your tracking number, please contact our Customer Service department and provide us with your order number.
Package Lost or Damaged in Transit
If UPS or USPS has lost or damaged your package, as determined by the information provided by the tracking number, or if it has been more than five (5) business days since the tracking information was last updated by the shipping courier, please contact Customer Service. We will have the courier open an investigation into your package.
Package Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information for your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait one business day as it's possible the courier had accidentally marked your package as delivered.
After one business day, if you still do not have your package, first check to see if anyone else had received the package, or check with your neighbors to see if they received your package. If it is still missing, please contact Customer Service. We will have the courier open an investigation into your package.
If an investigation by the courier is required, this process typically takes eight (8) to ten (10) business days to complete. If the courier approves of the claim, we will either issue a replacement order or issue a full refund to the payment method used on the order.
Please note that we are unable to make any actions until the investigation has been completed.
